Sleepy Hollow

With many large, flat lots, this neighborhood showcases breathtaking homes that look like something out of the storybooks. Most of these homes are one -level ranchers, mixed in with a few grand estates with fabulous views. Surrounded by Marin County Open Space Land, residents of this area have easy access to hiking, biking and running trails. Sleepy Hollow is also the location of San Domenico School, an elite K-12 private school.

Brookside

The neighborhood bordering Morningside has a variety of Spanish stucco houses mixed with some cozy bungalow styles.

Hawthorne Hills

Comprised of Spanish homes and bungalows, with convenient access to downtown Fairfax, these hom es are generally priced at less than a million dollars. Because of this, they are some of the most sought after homes in San Anselmo. San Francisco Boulevard and Millennium Park are full of 1940s and 1950s homes, some updated with modern touches and others have been left untouched. The close proximity to the Red Hill Shopping Center and Memorial Park make this neighborhood a favorite among locals.

Yolanda Park

Comprised of many large homes, this neighborhood has the perfect location for families with high school children. Although many homes in this neighborhood are close together, the homes in Downtown San Anselmo of Barber/Lincoln Park are vintage, charming and right next to the restaurants and shops of the lively San Anselmo Avenue. The neighborhoods surrounding the Seminary include some of the higher-priced homes in San Anselmo but offer close distance to schools and downtown with beautiful hillside scenery.
